Implementation of In-Pit Crushing and Conveying (IPCC) Systems
In this R&D project, In-Pit Crushing and Conveying (IPCC) systems were investigated as an integrated solution combining crushing, screening, feeding, and material transportation from the mining pit to the processing plant via conveyor belts.
Different IPCC configurations, including fully mobile, semi-mobile, and fixed systems, were comparatively studied and analyzed. The advantages and limitations of each configuration were evaluated in terms of reducing operating costs, mobility and relocation capability, and overall operational efficiency.
The findings of this project were compiled and presented in a comprehensive technical report.
